Remove .gif, .tif and youtube as they tend to eat a lot of resources

Add hidden spans back

As it turns out hidden spans play a very important role when copying text
to clipboard. Since css before/after content does not end up in the buffer
these hidden spans fill in the role.

Even though it's unelegant, scrollToBottom is needed

Use proper divs instead of display:block on images: fixes hand cursor outside image

Add youtube embedding
